The battery can take anywhere from 3.5 – 6 hours.

  3. Keep your lithium batteries cool
  4. Never open an e-bike battery


Should I completely drain the battery before charging?
Premium e-bikes you mostly do not need to drain the battery before charging but for the cheaper range it is mostly necessary.


How fast will electric bikes go?

All electric bikes are governed to have a top assisted speed of 15 mph.


Does it matter if the electronics get wet?
Mostly all electrical components on a e-bike are weatherproof. But to be safe do not try and fully submerge your e-bike.


Can I put one of your eBikes on a car rack?

In most cases this is possible. However, remember to always check the manufactures guidelines on the maximum weight that your car rack can hold.


What are the running costs of owning an electric bike?

The running costs depends on bike to bike but running costs do tend be lower and exceptionally cheaper than other means of transport.
